Bluetooth LE Embedded Software Engineering Manager

Silicon Labs in Espoo, Finland, invites an experienced Software Engineering Manager to lead the Bluetooth LE Link Layer Software team responsible for the core real‑time protocol execution, scheduling, and performance of our Bluetooth software platform.

You will own the execution and technical health of the Bluetooth LE Link Layer organization, partner with the Link Layer Architect to define direction, and drive architecture reviews, code reviews, and modernization of the software stack.
