Job Description
**Job Title:** Blow Molding Machine Operator
**Shift:** 1st Shift (8:00am – 5:00pm)
**Pay Rate:** $17.00/hour
**Location:** Mebane NC
**Position Summary**
Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, the Blow Molding Machine Operator is responsible for operating blow molding machinery to manufacture plastic products. The primary focus will be on training with large blow molding equipment, but responsibilities also include working with injection molding machinery and supporting more complex molding tasks to prevent mold and machine damage.

+ Start and stop machines; assist set-up personnel with start-ups, changeovers, and breakdowns
+ Adjust controls, correct minor leaks, and install molds/components under guidance
+ Learn to read and understand set-up sheets
+ Regulate extruder speed, center parison, and perform related blow molding operations
