Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor lounge staff for excellent service
• Facilitate daily lounge operations and set-up procedures
• Advise on beverage programs and upselling techniques
• Maintain a safe and inviting lounge atmosphere
• Collect feedback for continuous improvement in service
Requirements:
• Experience in hospitality leadership or supervisory roles
• Minimum 2 years of serving experience
• Certified in Serving It Right; FoodSafe is a plus
