Position Description
The Black Health Social Worker plays a critical role in advancing health equity by delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed mental health and addictions supports to Black individuals, children, youth, and families. The Social Worker is responsible for leading direct clinical service delivery, early intervention, and crisis support initiatives. This role addresses systemic barriers and inequities that Black communities face in accessing mental health services and promotes healing, resilience, and emotional well‑being across the lifespan.
