Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the shift team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management, to maintain efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure strict adherence to Burger King brand standards, food safety regulations, and customer service protocols to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Train and develop new and existing team members on operational procedures, menu knowledge, and customer interaction skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification; further education in business or hospitality is a plus.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the fast-food or quick-service restaurant industry.
