This role focuses on optimizing biomass processing and infusion strategies, including ensuring product stability and enhancing consumer experience. You will lead technical workstreams that drive the integration of sensory feedback into product specifications while collaborating with multiple teams for successful tech transfer and production readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own technical delivery for biomass and smoking technologies
• Optimize flavour delivery systems and infusion processes
• Develop quality improvement strategies for pre-rolls
• Lead stability assessments for infused products
