Responsibilities

• Contribute to the technical approach to teaching agents how to understand and handle complex genomic data
• Work across end-to-end data analysis workflows from instrument outputs to real scientific decisions
• Build datasets to teach agents to reason across proteomic data QC, NGS-based proteomics, mass spectrometry, and protein sequencing
• Support work in spatial proteomics, X-Ray Crystallography, and clinical interpretation

Requirements

• 5+ years hands‑on experience with genomics or genetics data
• Experience in drug mechanism of action studies using population genomics
• Proficiency in Python and/or R
