Masters degree in Ecology, Conservation Biology, Environmental Science or a
related field.
At least 10 years of experience in biodiversity conservation, natural resource

management or environmental management.
Comprehensive knowledge of biodiversity issues, conservation strategies, and

relevant frameworks.
Understanding of the interconnections between biodiversity, ecosystem services,

and economic development, especially in relation to agriculture, agroforestry, and fisheries.
Proven ability to conduct research studies or assessments in biodiversity

ecosystems, or conservation practices and evaluate the impacts of development

projects on ecosystems and species.
Hands-on experience in biodiversity assessment, field surveys, and ecological

monitoring.
Strong understanding of entrepreneurship principles and business development.
