Job Description
A Lead BIM/CAD Technician will assess the Facilities department's BIM practices, workflows, model and template standards, recommend improvements, train staff, and identify automation opportunities.
Responsibilities
+ Consult with the Facilities team to assess the current BIM process, workflows, and Revit usage.
+ Recommend and implement process improvements, standards, and a comprehensive BIM documentation and maintenance framework, along with best practices and workflows.
+ Define automation opportunities using off-the-shelf Revit tools and features.
+ Train and mentor staff in Revit skills and execution.
+ Develop and present solutions to technical and design problems following industry best practices.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
