Join Capital Crossing Constructors as a BIM Specialist on the Alexandra Bridge Project. This role focuses on leading BIM development and coordination across a multidisciplinary environment.
As the BIM Specialist, you'll report to the Technical Manager and be integral to the success of this significant infrastructure initiative. Your expertise will guide the development, maintenance, and quality assurance of Building Information Models (BIM) throughout the project's lifecycle. Focus areas include clash detection, construction planning, and generating accurate documentation to meet rigorous project standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain 2D, 3D, and 4D BIM models
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plan and project standards
• Coordinate BIM activities across civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines
• Manage BIM deliverables for accuracy and completeness
