Key Responsibilities / Job Description:
- Create and update BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Model BAS-related systems, including: HVAC controls, BMS, Control Panels, Sensors & field devices, Network Cabling & Control Wiring.
- Prepare shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), architectural, and structural teams to resolve clashes.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings and perform clash detection using tools such as Autodesk Navisworks.
- Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and client requirements.
- Extract quantities and schedules from BIM models when required.
- Update models based on site changes, RFIs, and engineering revisions.
- Support engineers and project managers with technical documentation.
