Job Description
Responsibilities
- Creation of 3D Electrical Services model content and ensuring model quality control.
- Comply modelling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes.
- Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines.
- Comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project.
- Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings / BIM models.
- Certificate from BCA BIM Modelling course or equivalent
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and authority submissions
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & Naviswork Manage
- Experience in Electrical systems design and prepare drawings
- Understanding of Local code requirements for Electrical systems
- At least 5 years experiences in Singapore construction industry.
