New Generation Design Wave is in search of a Senior BIM Manager who will be instrumental in shaping the direction of BIM processes across all architectural projects. This technical leadership role involves supporting project teams, managing model integration, and fostering innovation through the adoption of AI-driven tools. You will mentor staff and oversee the quality of BIM deliverables, providing guidance to ensure excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor adherence to BIM standards within teams
• Maintain and develop BIM workflows and Execution Plans
• Lead clash detection and coordination tasks
• Conduct QA/QC audits of models and standards
