BIM Manager(MEP)

The BIM Manager (Building Services / M&E) is a senior technical leadership role responsible for directing, implementing, and managing Building Information Modelling (BIM) strategies across all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines on construction and infrastructure projects. Drawing on a deep background in Building Services engineering, the BIM Manager provides expert oversight of M&E systems modelling, BIM execution planning, inter-discipline coordination, and digital delivery — ensuring that BIM processes align with project requirements, contractual obligations, and Singapore regulatory standards.

This role serves as the primary point of authority for all BIM-related decisions pertaining to M&E systems, bridging the gap between engineering design intent, site construction, and facility management.
