We are working with a leading engineering and building services contractor that is looking to appoint an experienced BIM Lead (Prefabrication Detailing) to join its growing team in London.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced detailing professional to lead the delivery of high-quality offsite manufacturing solutions across major construction projects. You'll play a key role in managing a team of detailers, developing standards and processes, and ensuring prefabricated assets are designed efficiently for manufacture and installation.
The Role
Reporting to the Prefabrication Manager, you will take responsibility for the production of detailed manufacturing drawings and 3D models for a range of offsite prefabricated solutions, including:
Pump skids
Multi-storey risers
