Job Description
Ozz Electric is seeking a BIM Coordinator with strong BIM and Revit skills to enhance electrical design processes for construction projects. This role is a one-year contract with a path to permanency.
In the BIM Coordinator position, you will report directly to the BIM Manager and be responsible for modeling electrical services according to the original design and site layout. Collaborating with various teams is essential to ensure that all trades are aligned and that shop drawings are accurate and ready for implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and modify electrical layouts using Revit
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards throughout the project
• Coordinate with contractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Assist with project administration and documentation
• Create 3D models for project decision-making
Requirements:
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or similar
