Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator with a strong architectural background to support multidisciplinary project delivery through effective Building Information Modelling (BIM) coordination. This role is responsible for managing BIM workflows, maintaining model quality, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and Singapore BIM standards, particularly for LTA and major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain federated BIM models across architectural, structural, civil, MEP, and systems disciplines throughout the project lifecycle.
Perform clash detection, model reviews, and interdisciplinary coordination to identify and resolve design conflicts using BIM software.
