Job: Billings Administrator

Reporting To: Billings Team Supervisor, Customer Service Department

Responsibilities: Invoicing, credit notes and related investigations. Liaising with customers both internal and external regarding invoices, credit notes and returns for Irish and UK market. Timely and accurate completion of end of month checks and tasks. #insulationUK

  • Audit sales orders for accuracy and pricing
  • Manage proof of deliveries
  • Ensure all orders are invoiced correctly
  • Process credit notes in a timely fashion
