Our client, a growing downtown law firm, is looking for a Billing Specialist

with at least 3 years of practical experience in a legal setting. This is a permanent and full-time position, hours will be Monday through Friday, 8.30am to 4.30pm. • Generating and sending out client invoices
• Assisting with time entry and bill review
• Applying trust funds to accounts
• Identifying tax issues
• Managing the billing cycle
• Client communications
