About the Role

As a Billing Senior Supervisor, you will lead and oversee end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing while maintaining compliance with contracts, policies, and regulatory requirements. You will act as a strategic partner to the OTC CX Senior Manager, driving efficiency, minimizing revenue leakage, and enhancing customer experience across a multinational operation.
