The Air Freight Operations Specialist manages air freight shipments, coordinates with airlines and internal teams, ensures documentation accuracy, and monitors the shipment process to guarantee efficient and timely delivery.

Prepare documentation and carry out import/export operations (customs instructions, bookings with airlines, organizing collections with carriers, etc.).
Handle client billing and validate supplier invoices.
Communicate with clients regarding shipment management (e.G., Knowledge of the air import/export sector is a plus.
High level of English.
