Billing Operations Lead - U.S. Health Benefits

We are seeking an experienced Billing Operations Lead – U.S. Health Benefits to oversee the end-to-end premium billing operations for employer-sponsored health benefit plans. This is a leadership role for a subject matter expert who can manage complex billing processes, ensure operational accuracy, drive process improvements, and lead a high-performing team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with U.S. group health insurance billing, premium administration, carrier reconciliation, and benefits administration. This is not a general billing, accounts receivable, or data entry position.

Key Responsibilities
