Billing Operations Analyst - AR Portal Administrator

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Billing Operations to manage portal activities related to outstanding payments and debts. You will onboard customers to portals, maintain profiles, and ensure invoices comply with regulations and internal policies.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, Sales and Product Owners to gather customer data, resolve portal issues, and generate reports, while ensuring timely communications and adherence to data protection standards.
