Billing & Inquiries Specialist - International & Domestic

M05 UPS GLOBAL BUSINESS SERVICES CO in Colombia is seeking an Intern to assist customers by researching and responding to billing inquiries. You will research adjustments, and communicate extensively via email and phone with internal and external customers to resolve domestic and international issues.

This on-site internship requires prior billing exposure, basic MS Word/Excel skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in administrative fields. You will work Monday through Friday with shifts 6:00 a.m.
