This contract position is ideal for someone who brings strong accuracy, sound judgment, and hands-on experience managing billing activities in a fast-paced setting. The person in this role will help turn contract details into accurate billing records and support timely invoice completion while maintaining a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities:
• Examine customer agreements to identify pricing, billing schedules, and other terms that affect invoice setup and processing.
• Calculate charges and revenue-related amounts by interpreting contract information and applying the correct billing logic.
• Prepare billing entries and create orders, including manual requests, to ensure invoices can be issued correctly and on time.
