Billing Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Billing Analyst to join our team supporting OPR – Ketchum . This is a great opportunity for early-career professionals in finance or accounting who want to gain exposure in a dynamic, global environment.

What you’ll do:

• Liaise with account teams on vendor setup and invoicing readiness
• Coordinate directly with vendors on onboarding paperwork and invoices
• Review vendor documentation, POs, and invoices for accuracy
• Maintain organized campaign folders and documentation
• Set up vendors in internal systems (SupplierWise, PeopleSoft, OmniWorks)
• Support vendors with onboarding and profile updates
• Initiate and track vendor payments
• Monitor and report payment status
• Troubleshoot vendor setup and payment issues
• Collaborate with technical support teams when needed
