Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing the project billing forecasts at each level of the organization. Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization.
- Analyze performance across manufacturing (mfg.), R&D, engineering, supply, and commissioning; propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation, and implement corrective action plans as needed.
- Contracts: Review and analyze pertinent contract information to set up the project in multiple systems, establish the customer database, and client accounting data according to specific country requirements.
- Establish the project payment schedules and coordinate backup documents as required.
- Update records as amendments (change orders) are received.
- Database maintenance: Manage customer and accounting system database requests, inquiries, and updates.
