Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for managing the project billing forecasts at each level of the organization.
Define KPIs to measure the performance in all areas of the organization.Analyze performance across manufacturing (mfg.), R&D, engineering, supply, and commissioning; propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation, and implement corrective action plans as needed.Contracts: Review and analyze pertinent contract information to set up the project in multiple systems, establish the customer database, and client accounting data according to specific country requirements.Establish the project payment schedules and coordinate backup documents as required.Update records as amendments (change orders) are received.Database maintenance: Manage customer and accounting system database requests, inquiries, and updates.Prepare and send invoicing related to contracts, working with project managers to receive the required supporting documents.Document retention an...
