CapIntel seeks a Bilingual Technical Support Representative for its Toronto office. This hybrid role focuses on educating customers on our wealth management platform in both English and French.
As a part of a fast-growing company, you will support financial advisors by addressing their inquiries and ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include managing initial inquiries through Zendesk, escalating complex issues, and participating in ongoing training. You’ll also assist in creating bilingual content for our help center and conducting group training sessions as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk
• Escalate unresolved issues for further support
• Participate in training on products and customer service
• Record issues and resolutions in Jira
• Assist in content creation for the help center
