During a Typical Day, You’ll

• Answer incoming communications from customers
• Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve their issues

What You Bring to the Role

• 1 year minimum of tech support and troubleshooting experience
• Minimum 6 months of call center experience
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Comfortable working to resolve the customers issues before escalating to the next level
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer savvy

What You Can Expect

Up to 20,560 MXN based on skills and the candidate’s qualification...
