Join OnX Canada as a Bilingual Technical Analyst in Sherbrooke on a 1-year contract. Deliver onsite support and maintain IT infrastructure for employees with diverse technical needs.
This fully onsite role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong bilingual communication skills. You will provide first and second-level Help Desk support at our Montreal location while collaborating with the Endpoint Services team. Your responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintaining inventory, and assisting customers with their endpoint devices.
