Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator

DHL Express is looking for a Bilingual Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in Lachine, Quebec, Canada . Reporting to the Sr Manager TA & TM, this role provides support, assistance, and analysis in the areas of recruitment and selection, and project-related work across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own frontline recruitment for the business across Canada (primarily salaried Sales, hourly Operations and Customer Service)
• Write and edit job descriptions, working closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners
• Organize and facilitate DHL job fairs as needed
• Work closely with internal departments to facilitate offer, pre-boarding, and onboarding for new hires
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels
• Utilize Applicant Tracking System to post positions and manage candidates through the hiring process
