This role includes maintaining internal and external communication about contracts, managing an agreement repository, and ensuring timely responses to RFPs. You will be instrumental in fostering collaborative relationships within the organization while documenting crucial information accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and organize executed global contracts
• Coordinate drafts of pricing initiatives with divisions
• Review and ensure accuracy of contract submissions
• Monitor RFP timelines and completeness
• Archive submissions effectively
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Fluent in English and French with solid proficiency
• Required prior experience in contracts
• Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
