Job Description:

A community-focused organization is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Administrative Assistant to support staff and clients in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

+ Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers

+ Translate verbal and written communications

+ Schedule appointments and maintain records

+ Assist with client intake and documentation

+ Support reporting and data entry activities




Requirements
Requirements:

+ Fluency in English and Spanish

+ 2+ years of administrative experience

+ Strong customer service skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
