Role Overview
Bilingual Sales & Support Specialist
– balance customer inquiries to create sales opportunities while providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. In a fast‐paced call center environment, serve as the first point of contact for customer support, troubleshoot basic help‐desk issues, guide clients toward solutions, and identify business needs to introduce new products or services to exceed monthly quotas and help AT&T achieve its business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, diving deep into their business operations to identify wireless and connectivity challenges and present tailored solutions.
Conduct in‐depth discovery conversations, using probing questions to understand clients' operations and uncover gaps related to wireless infrastructure and network performance.
Translate identified needs into opportunities by presenting customized connectivity and Wi‐Fi product solutions and closing the sales effort.
