We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to manage full‑cycle recruitment for caregiver roles (Companions, HHAs, CNAs, PCAs) supporting US‑based operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for caregiver roles in the US.
- Create and publish job postings across platforms (Indeed, job boards, social media).
- Screen resumes; verify experience, availability, and work authorization.
- Conduct structured phone/video interviews.
- Present shortlisted candidates with clear notes and recommendations.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre‑employment screenings.
- Verify certifications and licenses (CNA, HHA, CPR, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with US labor regulations and home care standards.
