Schedule & Location

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST. Medellín, Colombia — on‑site work at Solvo during the first month. Eligible for remote work after approximately one month, upon meeting KPIs and having a stable internet connection.

Responsibilities

• Execute dialing lists to move contacts from unverified to verified, supporting the efficiency of U.S. based recruiters.
• Use GPT productively (prompting, call summaries, message improvements) to accelerate daily tasks.
• Communicate professionally: clear and understandable English during phone calls.
• Precise and concise written updates.
• Meet weekly activity metrics (e.g., ~100+ responses or pickups per week).
• Collaborate with leadership in simple and transparent metric reviews.
