Responsibilities
- Support the Manager, Quality Assurance with testing/validating various applications to manage risks and reduce negative impact to business operations.
- Plan, design, lead, participate in, and execute test scenarios.
- Coordinate deliverables, resolve issues, identify dependencies and roadblocks.
- Write, revise and verify test plans, processes and procedures to confirm the quality of the solution being implemented or upgraded.
- Execute tests including functional, system, integration, regression, user experience and user acceptance testing to manage risks and promote user adoption.
- Perform triage, troubleshooting, and analysis of issues to determine the nature of the issue and steps to resolve.
- Provide non-production and production environment support assistance when required.
