Bilingual Patient Scheduling Specialist-MEDELLIN

The Bilingual Patient Scheduling Specialist is responsible for accurately scheduling patient appointments while providing a high-quality, culturally sensitive experience in both English and Spanish. This role supports clinics by managing high-volume scheduling requests, coordinating with clinical teams, and ensuring compliance with scheduling protocols and patient privacy standards.

Location:
100% on-site – Milla de Oro, Medellín

Work Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• 40 hours per week
• 2 days off per week

Availability Requirements:

• Must have availability between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. COL (shifts will be scheduled within this time frame-8 hours)
• Weekends off
