We are looking for a Bilingual IT Coordinator to lead day-to-day IT support operations, coordinate the support team, and ensure excellent service for end users in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily IT support activities.
- Lead and guide the IT support team.
- Manage and prioritize IT incidents.
- Escalate critical issues when required.
- Provide excellent support to end users and leadership.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Ensure service quality and operational continuity.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in IT Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Infrastructure.
