Elevate guest experiences with THL as a Bilingual Reservation & Guest Support Specialist in Calgary. Master phone and chat support for RV bookings with a focus on detail and communication.
Reporting to the Reservation & Guest Support Manager, this seasonal role is integral for three brands: CanaDream, El Monte RV, and Road Bear RV. You will provide reservation services and on-road support, handling inquiries and complaints with professionalism. Your multitasking and detail-oriented skills are key to thriving in this fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist Guests through friendly phone communication
• Process reservations for all brands and send pre-trip information
• Resolve Guest complaints and process authorized refunds
• Provide on-road support exclusively for CanaDream guests
• Use quoting applications to create accurate quotes for Guests
