Bilingual (EN/ES) Talent Acquisition Strategist

Marmon Holdings in Reynosa, Mexico is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to drive recruitment processes and develop effective employment strategies. You will collaborate with leaders at all levels to create a diverse pipeline of candidates.

This role requires expertise in recruitment and onboarding processes, as well as a strong strategic mindset. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in talent acquisition. Being bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred.
