Bilingual Customer Service Advisor

Location: St. Catharines, ON (Full-time, Permanent)

Salary: $55,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals by consulting customers with technical and commercial information.
• Encourage clients to go beyond their initial needs and requirements.
• Continuously generate sales by quoting customers according to specifications and personal recommendations.
• Follow up on customer quotations through regular telephone contact.
• Maintain customer contact through occasional onsite visits.
• Accurately cost items based on guidelines provided by Operations and Accounting.
• Create sales orders in the ERP system.
• Reconnect with past customers by reviewing historic sales data.
• Access and provide product availability information.
• Correspond with customers, dealers, purchasers and sales representatives.
