Job Description
ReservHotel is a state of the art Hotel and Air package booking engine. Our travel partners include some of the most prestigious hotels in Mexico and the Caribbean as well as all major air carriers.
Customer Service Agents for our call center will provide support across a number of communication channels. Support will include: modifications and handling of complaints. To do well in this role you will need to follow established procedures for modifying reservations and interacting with sales and flights departments. Customer Service Agents need to maintain a cordial tone of voice even when dealing with problematic clients. Customer Service Agents need to be confident and be good at troubleshooting. Attention to detail is imperative.
