About the role
We are looking for a Bilingual Consultant, Talent Management to join our Talent Management team.
What you’ll do here
- Partner with Talent Management specialists and team leads to design, update, and standardize Talent Management materials, toolkits, and templates to ensure consistency and quality.
- Own and administer the team’s SharePoint ecosystem, including HR Zone (Talent Management and Performance Management landing pages), Manager Hub, and the Career Site; govern content standards, navigation, and ongoing optimization.
- Support in the preparation of data analytics by building monthly and quarterly reporting decks; synthesize metrics and commentary in collaboration with the Specialist to inform decision‑making and leadership updates.
