Job Description
Delivers culturally responsive, trauma-informed psychotherapy and care coordination in two languages (e.g., English/Spanish) under BBS-eligible supervision. Balances direct care, documentation quality, and ethical practice while advancing toward licensure requirements and driving patient access, engagement, and outcomes. Essential Job Responsibilities Direct Care & Engagement Provide individual, family, and group therapy (scope consistent with BBS registration and payer rules). Complete biopsychosocial assessments, safety plans, treatment plans, and progress notes on time. Conduct risk screenings and escalate to supervisor per protocol (suicide risk, abuse/neglect, duty to protect). Coordinate care with internal teams (psychiatry, case management) and external partners (schools, PCPs, CBOs).
