Bilingual Care Navigator — Mental Health Support

You will guide onboarding, coordinate scheduling with the clinical team, and help members access digital resources while maintaining meticulous CRM/EHR records. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in healthcare administration, strong communication skills, bilingual in English and Spanish, and a comfort with multiple tools like Salesforce, Athena, and Slack.
