Job Description

As a key member of our legal team, you will provide crucial administrative support to attorneys and deliver outstanding client service. Your responsibilities include managing client calls, assisting with legal documents, handling appointments, and drafting key documents. Effective communication and scheduling are vital to our team's success.

This is a fully on-site, bilingual role. Interviews are held at our HRPV office.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
  • Resident of Guadalajara or nearby areas.
  • High School Diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience.
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Legal knowledge (advantageous but not necessary).
