Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday:
  9 PM - 6 AM MNL time (with 1 hour lunch break)

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer phone calls, emails or text on the client's behalf
• On average, conservatively 100 calls per shift (will not fall solely on 1 person, the queue will be shared with 2 other people)
• Follow client specific requirements, industry standards, and any special instructions
• All call details will be reported on the daily Google sheet call report
• Use client tools to make adjustments to schedule as needed
• Edit end-of-shift call report daily

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in Spanish and English Language
• Has leadership skills to possibly grow into a lead in the future
