Job Description
Chemtrade is seeking a Bilingual Accounts Receivable Expert in Toronto, ON. This role emphasizes timely cash reconciliation and communication with clients across North America.
As an Accounts Receivable Expert, you will work under the Credit Manager's direction from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate is organized and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Word and Excel. Your responsibilities will include cash reconciliation for Canadian, US, and Export accounts, as well as addressing customer inquiries and discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable reconciliation tasks
• Ensure timely balancing of payments with treasury department
• Investigate and rectify invoicing issues
• Engage with customers for payment clarifications
• Facilitate communication by providing necessary account information
